ABOUT AGENCY LICENSING

Combined, the executives at Agency Licensing have successfully secured more than two billion dollars in minimum guaranteed sales through retail direct licensing with Target, Wal-Mart, Sears/Kmart, QVC, HSN, TJ Maxx, Hot Topic and Torrid. Additionally, they also have secured over 500 million retail dollars in wholesale licensing agreements, and TV flash sales.

 

Sandi Stuart:

 

Sandi Stuart served as Executive Vice President of Sales at Bugle Boy Industries helping to build the company’s sales from 0 to more than 250 million dollars annually. She went on to serve as Executive Vice President of Brand Development at Cherokee Group responsible for signing and managing brands including Hearst Publications, Mrs. Fields, DIC Entertainment, Radio Shack, and Latina Magazine. In 2007 Sandi and Anthony brought legendary fashion designer Norma Kamali’s iconic brand to Wal-Mart in an unprecedented retail direct relationship aimed at providing classic style for real women. She went on to co-found Agency Licensing, Inc. with clients including Target, Wal-Mart, Sears/Kmart, QVC, William Morris Endeavor, and more. Sandi served as a court-appointed child advocate in Los Angeles County, and has written about adoption issues for American Adoption Congress Decree magazine. In addition to consulting on issues important to women in business, Sandi focuses on providing and sharing practical consciousness for women entrepreneurs.

 

Anthony Damiani:

 

Anthony started his career working on the evergreen brand Shari Lewis’ Lamp Chop, from there he developed the international licensing program for Barney the Dinosaur. After securing licensing agreements around the world for Barney, Anthony joined Hearst Magazines as Director of International Brand Development. During his time at Hearst, Anthony built worldwide licensing programs for Cosmopolitan and Esquire Magazines. Prior to co-founding Agency Licensing, Anthony was SVP of Brand Development for the Cherokee Group.

 

Together Sandi and Anthony were responsible for large-scale direct to retail license agreements. Anthony was recognized by License! Magazine as one of its prestigious “Forty Under Forty.”
